How it works:
You will purchase a block of hours for use during the month. Hours can be used flexibly, for planned activities, special projects, and unexpected maintenance. Any extra hours will be billed at the same hourly rate. We can help you determine the level or support your company needs based on your combination of applications, databases, and existing IT support. In the first month, we’ll take time familiarize ourselves with your environment, equipment and code; assess current practices; and recommend best practices and an action plan to follow moving forward.
Your company will be assigned a key contact – an Aptude resource who will serve as your main point-of-contact and project manager. He or she will be a liaison between your company and Aptude, sharing information and documentation to ensure the team’s delivery of your various services. They’ll keep you up-to-date through a weekly conference call and/or customized maintenance report.
Aptude’s retained services allow you to manage costs by using resources only when they’re needed. You’re not paying in-house developers during downtime, and you’re not losing knowledge and expertise due to attrition. What’s more, with knowledge of your systems and best practices, your Aptude team can help you in various capacities with your future projects.
